We finally had a break in goose season and the weather that allowed me to get my new boat out for the first time this year. Adam and I ventured over to LaCynge power plant lake Saturday afternoon. The weather was incredible with light northwest winds and temps in the 50’s.
The fishing it’s self was fairly slow, we managed grinding out 26 keepers over 11 in 4 hours, not a great day but enough to keep us having fun. Most importantly the new boat worked just the way I wanted it to, it floated, started and didn’t sink!
